Oregon Should Respect Constitutional Carry of Firearms

Oregon should have more of a movement to implement Constitutional carry. Obey just laws. Repeal unjust laws. Implement constitutional carry of firearms in Oregon. Constitutional carry means not needing a permit to carry a concealed firearm. Permitless carry is another label for Constitutional Carry.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

What about decentralized militias? From about 2001 to 2006, the United States Army had a slogan, “Army of One”. What about being a “militia of one”? The internet enables decentralization; it seems that decentralized militias are something now possible. Cryptocurrencies and smart contracts have enabled the creation of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO’s). Why is it unrealistic for a militia DAO to be created? If many citizens become “a militia of one”, then like minded single member militias can swarm together as needed for mutual self defense and protection.

Are the Constitutional rights of financial struggling individuals being respected if there are fees to obtain a concealed carry permit? Are individual rights being infringed upon by not respecting the idea Constitutional Carry?

There should be a movement in Oregon to have Constitutional Carry become law. We can change unjust laws in Oregon. Tweet to politicians about this important matter. Call their offices. Write them letters. Meet with politicians in person if possible. Do not break any laws when attempting to change unjust laws. Do not get yourself into trouble. We can change unjust laws using authentically peaceful means. One can still be respectful to politicians, and at the same time, inform the politicians that they are not enacting enough just laws and behaving immorally by tacitly approving of laws that violate Constitutional Rights. Politicians should fully respect citizens’ right to keep and bear arms.

If societal breakdown happens in a significant way, will those that have not gone through the process to obtain a concealed handgun permit have their Constitutional Rights to keep and bear arms respected?

Ghost Gunner, Defense Distributed, and 3D printed guns are perhaps a way to help ensure governments ultimately cannot violate citizens’ Constitutional and human rights to keep and bear arms. Second Amendment rights are being infringed, it seems. There are too many unconstitutional laws perhaps. Obey just laws; repeal and change unjust laws.

Help to repeal unjust laws that violate the Constitution. Become a leader in helping to implement Constitutional Carry and permitless carry in Oregon perhaps. Political organizing can bring about social change. Permitless carry should be implemented in Oregon. Help to have Oregon implement and respect Constitutional Carry.
